Where do your vanilla beans come from?
Our vanilla beans are sourced directly from trusted farmers in West Java and other vanilla-producing regions in Indonesia. We ensure traceability and sustainability in every batch.
Can you handle international shipping and documentation?
Yes. We handle full export documentation (COO, phytosanitary, invoice, packing list) and work with trusted freight forwarders to deliver globally.
Do you offer custom packaging or labeling?
Absolutely. We can support OEM or custom packaging and labeling requests to match your brand’s requirements.
What grades of vanilla beans do you offer?
We provide Vanilla Planifolia in several grades:
Grade A+ (17–19 cm up, Moisture 25–35%)
Grade A (16–19 cm, Moisture 25–30%)
Grade B (15–20 cm, Moisture 15–25%)
Grade C (13 cm up, Moisture 5–15%)
